01 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and WOWPH 11 ("we," "us," or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the WOWPH 11 website, mobile application, and all associated gaming services.
By accessing the WOWPH 11 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.
WOWPH 11 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
02 Eligibility
To register and maintain an account on WOWPH 11, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
- You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to online gambling platforms.
- You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines or your jurisdiction of residence.
- You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of WOWPH 11, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
- You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from WOWPH 11 or any affiliated platform.
Age Verification: WOWPH 11 takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts where age cannot be verified will be suspended pending review, and any winnings accrued during the unverified period may be withheld.
By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
03 Account Registration
To access real-money gaming services on WOWPH 11, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. The following conditions apply to all accounts:
- One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension.
- Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are obligated to update this information promptly if it changes.
- Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. WOWPH 11 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
- Identity Verification (KYC): WOWPH 11 may require you to submit government-issued identification documents (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's licence) and proof of address as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.
- Account Closure: You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
04 Deposits & Payments
All financial transactions on WOWPH 11 are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms apply to all deposits made to your WOWPH 11 account:
- The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and selected payment method.
- Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. WOWPH 11 may add or remove payment methods at its discretion.
- All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
- WOWPH 11 does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
- Deposits are credited to your WOWPH 11 account upon confirmation from the payment processor. WOWPH 11 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
- WOWPH 11 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
Funds deposited into your WOWPH 11 account are held for gaming purposes only. They do not accrue interest and are not covered by any deposit insurance scheme.
05 Withdrawals
You may request a withdrawal of available funds from your WOWPH 11 account at any time, subject to the following conditions:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details on your WOWPH 11 account. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
- GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within the same business day, subject to banking hours.
- WOWPH 11 reserves the right to conduct additional identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal. This may include requesting supporting documentation.
- Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the applicable wagering requirements being fully satisfied prior to processing.
- In cases where WOWPH 11 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms, withdrawal requests may be suspended pending investigation. WOWPH 11 will notify you of any such suspension within a reasonable timeframe.
06 Bonuses & Promotions
WOWPH 11 may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All such offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:
- Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where applicable, identity verification.
- Each promotion is subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a "turnover requirement") that must be met before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
- Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately. Real-money funds are used first in all wagering activity unless otherwise specified.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are satisfied.
- WOWPH 11 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonus funds not yet subject to a completed wagering requirement may be removed from your account in such circumstances.
- Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or systematic exploitation of bonus terms — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account suspension.
07 Game Rules & Fair Play
WOWPH 11 offers a range of online gaming products including live casino games, fish shooting titles, lottery draws, and bingo games. The following terms apply to all gaming activity on the platform:
- All game outcomes on WOWPH 11 are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live games, by real-time physical events conducted by live dealers. WOWPH 11 does not manipulate game outcomes.
- Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager.
- Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. WOWPH 11 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
- In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, WOWPH 11 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its correct state. Where this is not possible, the affected round may be voided and stakes returned.
- WOWPH 11 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of a software error, data feed failure, or any other technical issue that has materially affected the integrity of the game outcome.
The house edge and return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the respective game information panels. All games on WOWPH 11 are designed to return a portion of total wagers to players over time, but individual session outcomes are inherently variable.
08 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on WOWPH 11. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting your eligibility to use the platform.
- Money Laundering: Using WOWPH 11 to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. WOWPH 11 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing hole cards in live poker or coordinating bets in live casino games.
- Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
- Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider in bad faith. WOWPH 11 will pursue recovery of any funds subject to a fraudulent chargeback through all available legal means.
- Underage Gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to the platform by any person under 21 years of age.
09 Responsible Gaming

- Session Time Limits: You may set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out of the platform.

10 Intellectual Property
All content on the WOWPH 11 platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of WOWPH 11 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform without prior written consent from WOWPH 11.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or game engine used on the platform.
- Use any WOWPH 11 trademark, logo, or brand asset in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without express written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of WOWPH 11 intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by WOWPH 11.
11 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WOWPH 11 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, service interruptions, or connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control.
- Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
- Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform, including game rules, odds, or promotional terms.
- Delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.
WOWPH 11's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your WOWPH 11 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude WOWPH 11's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
12 Privacy & Data Protection
WOWPH 11 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

- Personal data is collected for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.
- WOWPH 11 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
- Data is retained for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, and in accordance with applicable legal retention requirements.

13 Amendments to These Terms

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the WOWPH 11 platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
WOWPH 11 operates within the regulatory framework applicable to online gaming platforms serving Filipino players, with PAGCOR as the relevant licensing authority in the Philippines. Regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR through their official channels.
